  • This training is for anyone, beginner and experienced to give you tools that can help you in having a consistent, long-term practice.

  • You get 6 weeks of 2 hour sessions, with live practice and Q&A. At the end you will have an understanding of meditation and mindfulness and a meditation style you can call your own without reliance on devices.

  • If for some reason you can’t make one of the live calls, we will share the replay with you afterwards.
