6 Week Group Meditation Training

We will cover seven techniques over six weeks, one technique each week and two in the final week.

  • Meditate independently (without relying on an app or a guide) to sink deeper into the meditative state

  • Go deeper into your practice to fully reap all the powerful benefits of meditation

  • We will meditate each session using the new technique, and the following sessions will have plenty of time for Q&A!
